I bought the 2 months for 2$ E3 special, heres my problem its set to auto renew and i have a credit card on file which it will charge to renew Xbox live. My question is how much will be charged to this card when the 2 months is over and it renews?

Your card will be charged the current monthly rate, plus applicable taxes. If you look at the Account Management section on your console (Guide Button > Settings > Account Management) and scroll over to Your Memberships and select "Xbox LIVE Gold", it will give you this information.

If you do not want MS to renew your current subscription at the end of its term then you need to contact support BEFORE the end of the subscription term and have them turn OFF auto renewal for that account. Just be aware that if you purchase anything with that credit card once you have turned OFF auto renewal the system will automatically turn auto renewal back ON again.
The above is only for if you do not want your Live time to renew. If you do then you do not need to take any action at all.
If you do want to call and change that option then if you live in the US/Canada the number to call is 1-800-4MY-XBOX. For anywhere else click on SUPPORT at the top of this page, then on CONTACT
US at the bottom of that page, then on BY PHONE. So long as you have the correct region set for this website your contact number will be listed.
