Can Not Play X-box Games

Quick question, is it an official MS HDD?.

And have you had a look at this sticky about xbox originals not working.

Yeah It has an Mirososft Logo and bought it with a retailer

The options you get when you press Y are normal for Xbox originals, you can't install them to the hard drive.

I take it you're connected to Live?

Did you buy the hard drive new or second hand?  Either way you need to return your hard drive to the retailer, it's either faulty or fake.

So can i get a Replacement for the HDD Over X-box Support?

I did not think there was an official 250GB HDD for the Arcade model 360. I guess I am wrong but I thought the 250GB were only made available for the 's'.

OP I doubt MS would replace it, but phone support for your region and they will tell you what your options are. But most likely you will need to buy an official HDD.

ok i've asked MS Support,They Said That it could be the game,beacuse there is supposed to have a Y For game options they said to try it with another HDD so i went over to my Friends house and it worked fine ,He also has an Arcade Console with a 250 GB Hdd He has a varied collection of x-box originals so it works fine.There is also a problem,In Halo 3,Halo 3 Odst,Halo Reach it loads the games very very slowly so they said it could be the HDD So they Said they'll replace it within 5 Days

But i have another question When you load the game i get only 2 Options A-Play game X=Eject but there is no Press Y Game Details and the game doesn't appear in the Game Library Could it be the game's fault or the HDD and is all of this normal for these Questions

There is no Y for all V1 games. How ever, if updating the console did not resolve it try with another HDD. It must be Original HDD "Microsoft one"

Hey Guys,I'm Starting to think my X-box game is the problem,Because I Wanted to See whether the Disk Spins inside the drive,Turns out it doesn't spin,Yet it says Play Halo,So could it be the game itself?
