Account Problem when playing online

I have been playing online lately and twice when playing online co-op on GOW2 I noticed that my profile information had disappeared. The gamerpic, bio, achievement score and rep all appeared as either empty or 0. I noticed this because while I had been playing I should have picked up some achievements and at one point they stopped, so upon pressing the Guide button that's when I noticed but my friend looked at my profile and it looked fine from his side.

I switched my console off and signed back in, everything was fine but it has happened again. Any suggestions? is this something to do with just GOW?

That's certainly odd. Do you notice this issue in any other game, or just GoW2 multiplayer? If only Gow2, does the issue occur with many players, or just one in particular?
