80190848 is completely different. Go to billing.microsoft.com and make sure all of your information is correct and up to date. If you can't fix it there, you'll have to try calling support.

For 80190848, make sure you check that your payment method isn't expired or expiring soon. If so, please update your payment method, either here on Xbox.com, on your console, or at https://billing.microsoft.com.

i just had the same problem, all i did was went to "www.xbox.com/paypal" then i clicked on "Manage payment opions" and i removed the paypal account i just added and then i paid straight from my credit card.

if you dont have a credit card and wont to buy xbox live, go to safeway and go to the "GIFT CARDS" section and there should be 2 or 3 cards called "Prepaid Mastercard", buy the one thats for shopping, the cards are Pink, Black and

Green calour, if you cant find them ask the lady/guy at the Check out (where you smokes), There about $2.95 Au

!!PLEASE NOTE!!

The Prepaid Mastercards can ONLY have mony put on them once! So once the mony runs out the card is useless so just go buy anothe card.
