it has been doing this to me all day. i have tried 3 different credit cards and none of them work. my main paypal method doesnt work. i am trying to buy microsoft points but i keep getting this same stupid error message. if anyone here can help, pease i need it thankss

[/quote]I would suggest purchasing Microsoft Points from the Microsoft Store or Amazon. Select "Download" if you use the Microsoft Store. Select "Online Game Code" if you use Amazon. You will receive a code immediately, which you can then redeem at this page. For more information regarding this issue, please visit this page.

Hello there Nuke 95!

 

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having issues with purchasing MS points.

Here's a couple things I would try...

 

  1. Call Cusotmer Support, to make sure that there's no blocks/suspensions/declines/etc.
  2. Try updating your billing informaion on Xbox.com and billing.microsoft.com
  3. Purchase a PPC, either by your local retailor, amazon.com
