What are the amount of suspensions an account can have?

Hello. I've had my account for 2 years. And about 2 years ago I did modify my gamerscore and got reset and I did get suspended for a week .. or two?

Anyways..  I want to know how many suspensions I have and reasons and lengths.. and I also want to know is my next suspension a permaban? 

Because just to be on the safe side, I am going to purchase a new xbox and new account to start fresh for MW3. I just don't want to play and put a lot effort into the game and then mess up in the future and get permabanned.

Oh and one more question: Does xbox "forgive" an account's suspension lengths if the account has went on for example 2 years with no problems. Like would it just restart and give me 3 day suspension for something or just continue where it left off 2 years ago. 

If all these questions could be answered I would REALLY appreciate it!

I believe if you modify your gamerscore a second time it's a permaban.

As for forgiveness there isn't any. To use gamerscore modding as an example again if say you modded it and were suspended three years ago and then modded it again tomorrow you'd still be permabanned once it was discovered.

yes, if you mod a game score that was reset for cheating you WILL get it perm banned I just saw a post in the suspension forums that had a person banned for modding a reset score.
