Upgrading child acc into adult acc WITHOUT PARENTS PERMISSION

Hey guys,

okay so now I'm 19 years old, I created my account in 2007 where I was not in legal age so the console forced that I would have parental controls, fine.

So my dad put his e-mail as the parental acc and all that. But now, some years later, I have no touch with my dad anymore and I don't want to, but then my child acc can't be upgraded into an adult acc without parents permission. But that makes no sense, first, after I have turned to legal age, this should be no matter, the acc should have been upgraded without asking. And second, there has to be more ways. If worse, that my dad had died, how would I been able to upgrade it then? Can't Microsoft upgrade the acc since they have control over it? If I show that I'm old enough, then why can't I upgrade it?

My question is: Are there more ways than parental permission to upgrade a child acc into an adult acc?

No. The process as designed by Microsoft  requires one last parental account access in which you can elevate the account from child status.
