Upgraded to Gold but showing as free memeber-Help !!!

Hi guys

 

I upgraded to gold account on the 29th Dec 10 but my account has never changed and still shows as a free account.

I emailed this to Microsoft along with the proof of purchase but they have not replied so just emailed them again.

 

Has anyone else had this problem? Are they normally this slow to respond?

I don't see any LIVE purchases on your account for this time. Did you accidentally add the LIVE time to a different account?
