Unable to add Account to my Xbox Live Family Plan

Hi.

I have been trying to add an account to my family plan.  It's for my son and he was already a Gold Member.  My other two sons were silver members and they got added fine.  When I go to add my last son, a box pops up and says the following:

If you add <son's gamertag> to your Family Gold Pack

  1. Your Gold Family Pack will be extended for 11 months based on the remaining time on <son's gamertag> membership.
  2. The new expiration date for your Gold Family Pack will be 4/25/2013
  3. <son's gamertag> current Gold membership will be canceled and no longer be charged

I click Next at the bottom of that message box, but nothing happens and he doesn't seem to get added.  What can I do?

Is your son's GT currently active on the same console that you are trying to do this on? All GTs must be on the same console to start, but can then be moved later.
