having trouble. my bank account says theres a pending charge from microsoft, but i have no gold membership. wtf

You both appear to have Gold at this time, are you still having issues? It does take a little bit of time before your Gold purchase registers on your account, which is a great reason to keep your LIVE subscription current before it expires.

Ok so im having a trouble with renewing my account, I bought a prepaid card (as i always do) and instead of entering the redeem code on the xbox it self i decided to enter it on xbox.com using the account i have on my xbox. well everything went well until i decided to go on the xbox, on my account it still says that i have a free account (silver) but when i log in to xbox.com it says that i am Gold =/  please help

As above, it takes time before the account is upgraded from Free to Gold. You can test the LIVE connection on your console to speed this process up.
