i just bought a new xbox 360! but the country im living in is not included in the locale United Arab Emirates! in that case what is the default locale i will use ?.. plus does this mean i can't use the services of zune for movies and music streaming!? if this is the case you shouldn't sell your product over here wherein we are paying the full amount of your product but can't get the full services! if ever do i have any work around to get away with this!........hhhhhhhaaaaaaaaiiiistttttt!!!

If the Live service is not officially supported in your country then you may well be restricted to online gaming only. Other features that are available in supported countries may not be available for you to use where you live.
As far as choosing a default locale I'm afraid I do not know.

You bought your 360 in the UAE? UAE is a region on the XBOX website...

The UAE page makes no mention of Live or the Marketplace.
You're paying for a console. You aren't paying for Live.
