Is the account still on the console? If so you can see the email address associated with it by selecting the square your Avatar is on in the My Xbox channel. Then it is just a matter of following the email providers recovery process.

my profile is still on the console but when the parental email got deleted. the email id say unavalible  because i deleted the parental email

What exactly do you mean by you "deleted the parental email"? Can you describe to me what you are trying to accomplish? Are you on a Child Account?

yeah it put me on a child account so i deleted my parent account which was my account to. so when i deleted the parental account it mess up the window id but i can still sign in

You can't really "delete" an account, just remove it from the console. Also, I'm still confused, both the child and parent account are yours? How? Why? If you can still sign in, why do you think the WLID is "messed up"? Above you said you couldn't recover it, but here you say you can still sign in. Can you try to explain your issue a little clearer.

what i mean  when i go to my xbox on console and the window live id says unavailible is that bad. also if i want to change my email or password it says cant retreive that part
