Um any help?

I upgraded to the gold account and now I keep seeing "This gamer profile does not have online privileges."

A few things.

First, it takes a little time for the account to change over from silver to gold. I'm seeing now that your tag is gold so try going online again.

Second, are you on a profile that has family restrictions on it? If so the main user would have to give you privileges

Testing the xbox live connection through the network settings should update it as well.
