"Can't connect to Xbox LIVE"

I'm getting a connection error when im trying to logon my xbox live account. Ive checked everything now, and i am a gold member, and my xbox is connected to my wireless internet, but still it wont let me log on ?

And its always work perfectly, and now that i come back from afghanistan it wont. So im pretty sure it has something to do with an update or something. Because what i know of, i havent changed a bit with ma router settings or the xbox's settings.

Now it wont even log on the internet. My PS3 and PC can but not the xbox360
