My controller will randomly shut off

Hi I have the Xbox One Day One edition and I have been loving it except for a big problem. It seems that when the controller needs to make a lot of vibration it just shuts off.  I didn't have this problem too much with battlefield but when I picked up Forza the constant vibrations made the controller spaz out.  Now it will freeze and constantly vibrate and it will say "reconnect controller" on my T.V.  so I have to pull the batteries out for it to stop. I don't know what's wrong with the controller I didn't drop it or hit it really hard or anything all I know is that it's not working. So if someone could tell me how to fix the controller or who I could send it to so it get fixed that would be great. Also I've tried re-syncing it many times.

Mine does it and we only got in out of the box today!

Same here - I changed the batteries thinking they may be duds but only used them for less than 2 hours - really unhappy with this + all the constant crashing to main screen for no apparent reason mid game is a real pain

Hi DecimatedImpact. Do you have anything close to your Xbox One or your control pad that could potentially interfere with the signal? Could you also check the seating of the batteries is good and tight.

Mine didn't do that untill I got the update now it happens every 20 min. Its unbearable I want this fixed or I want my money back I cant play any games for more then 20 min. At at time before it shuts off and then I lose or die and stuff
