you cannot delete an account per say

you can delete it off your HD but thats it

nothing including ms points gamesaves gamerscore nor dlc can be transfered between profiles

nor can gamesaves be reassociated with another account

your basically starting over from scratch

If you delete the gamertag/account on your Xbox, you can re-download it at any time, without any impact on your licenses. You wont be able to use the purchased content once the account is no longer there, so I'd be careful about how you go about things.

Best bet is to move the gamertag onto a USB device, and plug it in when required.

you can delete your accounts off of your console and redownload them anytime. all the licenses of the content that the primary gt has purchased and downloaded. all other gt's should be able to access the dlc still even though the gt that originally purchased and downloaded the content is not on the console anymore.

make sure that whenever you delete a profile off a console to delete the profile only, DO NOT select delete profile and selected items because it will delete your saved games.

the only way to delete the gt and account from the xbox servers is to contact xbox customer support.

oh, and there is no way to transfer dlc, microsoft points, or content licenses from one account to another. in rare cases xbox support may transfer a subscription to another account.
