It would be a very nice feature if twitch app in Xbox One could stream the TV (HDMI input) app... That way we could also stream X360 games! I use the HDMI input just for playing in my xbox 360. After Dark Souls 2 release I would love to stream it in Xbox One Twitch... Any chance we could see that available?

Highly doubt that will happen.
But if you wanna stream from x360, get a game recorder instead.

no, due to copyright issues, this will never happen, guaranteed. They cannot detect what you have on the input so it automatically adds HDCP when you are not in the game channel. Sorry, do what all others do and pay for the devices if you want to do that.
