I was banned from Xbox LIVE on my console a few months ago on my old account. My friend recently told me that I could try to post my claim and reasoning here and get my account back. My account was banned after I changed my Gamertag
to inappropriate things too many times. I was never warned about being banned if I changed it too many times, and I didn't think it was too big of a deal after it happened, as I could just make a new account. Some time passed, and I tried to play the map packs
on Black Ops for the first time in a few months, but I realized that I had deleted them from my console before I got banned on my previous account because my hard drive (20G) ran out of space for something else I wanted to download and I hadn't been playing
Zombies on Black Ops in quite a while. After this, I tried to play many DLC's and other games I had downloaded on my Xbox (before my first account got banned) but deleted for the same reason as the Black Ops Map Packs and realized that I had deleted almost
everything I had on my Xbox because of the lack of space in my hard drive. These are just some of things I lost from getting my account banned:
- All four Black Ops Map Packs
- Halo Reach Noble Map Pack
- Gears of War 3 Season Pass
- Battlefield 3 Online Pass
- LIMBO
- Castle Crasher
- Borderlands
- Hexic HD
- Fallout: New Vegas Dead Money DLC
- Three Fallout 3 DLC's
- Alien Hominid
- South Park Tower Defense
- Marathon Durandel
- Battlefield 1943
As you can see, this was very stressful to me, seeing as though I lost plus or minus $120 from this experience. I acknowledge what I did and understand how it violated the Code of Conduct, but like I said, I was never warned by Xbox that I could lost my
membership/account if I continued to change my Gamertag. Is there anything
I can do to get my account or games and DLC's back onto my Xbox? Thank you for reading this, and I really hope someone can help me. It would me more than a lot.
