2-step verification

Please add 2-step verification as an option for securing my xbox / windows live accounts. Many large companies have these systems in place and it should be offered to help curb account piracy. Using text messages or even a free verification application download on Windows Phone 7 / Android / Apple products would save your technicians a mountain of calls.

ummm you may consider reading the account settings on your windows live id

there is MULTIPLE verifications and reset options and trust pc and trust cellphone options for securing your windows live id

 

most people will skip that setting as they tend to forget their account info after 1 year and forget what randomn info they put in their account fields

Hello, please take a look at > https://account.live.com. These steps that you've stated are already implemented (Trusted PC and Trusted Cellular Phone)
