Games won't update or install

rang support and they can't help me. But my games won't update or install. They stay at 0% then say installation stopped. I have factory reset the console. Power cycled. Uninstalled and tried to reinstall and nothing? I am on open NAT internet connection is fine. Speed is fine?????

Are you connected through a wireless or wired connection?  Have you tried the alternative connection to see if the behavior is the same? If you still see the behavior, please make sure to report this from the console directly, as that contains essential information for the developers to investigate further.

yeah I have tried both wired and wire less. Still the same. I have also reported from the console aswell. If I leave the preview program will this fix my issue? Also will I lose anything I have bought from the store while in the program if i leave?

Thanks for the additional information.  I can't guarantee that leaving the Preview program will resolve the issue, but you won't lose any content by leaving if that is your decision.
