Windows Movie Maker-error when trying to save movie: cannot complete the save movie wizard

Quite possibly there is a problem with your source files
What is the format of the file you are using?
Convert the file to wmv format  and then try publishing it.

all of a sudden i cannot get my movies saved. this is the warning i get and i desperately need help please

cannot complete the save movie wizard

your movie was not saved successfully.

then it says: windows movie maker cannot save the movie to the specified location. verify that the original source files used in your movie are still available, that the saving location is still available, and that there is enough free disk space available, and then try again.

 

please help and advice. i am just trying to add some video testimonial to some still images and make a move out of them....less than two min. long. personal address is   Email removed for privacy
