SMART BRO USB MODEM HAS STOPPED WORKING

Please help me to my problem my SMART BRO USB has stopped working I don't know what's the cause and how to fix it. When I open the program a window stating that smart bro has stopped working, and everytime I am connecting to the internet it always fails, and it stating "A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port used for this connection was closed. Ask assistance to this code error" Please guide me on how to fix it." Because I cannot find solutions to this error. Thanks..
