Windows Firewall cant change some of your settings. Error code 0x80070424

I am using windows 8 (64 bit) , trying to turn on "Windows Firewall".

Getting this error "Windows Firewall cant change some of your settings. Error code 0x80070424".

I tried to locate "Windows firewall" services in service database (in Services.msc) but this service is not listed. Please help

Thanks Robear ,

 

Today I have simply did "Reset PC" to get it back to my factory setting (Though I lost all of my data, but I have back up of it ) . Then I used "Norton Removal Tool" to remove Norton which was there in orginal factory setting.

Now I tried to start "Windows Defender" & "Windows Firewall" both are running without any problem.
