Every YouTube video is green but has audio when using Internet Explorer 10 in desktop and from start screen. All other videos work and I have to leave Internet Explorer 10, search and view the YouTube video using Google Chrome.
When I right click on a video and chose settings for the Adobe Flash Player in Google Chrome there is an option to "enable hardware acceleration" and when I do the same thing in Internet Explorer that option is not there but instead is states "Allow s.timg.com to access your camera and microphone?"
What is s.timg.com ? I prefer to deny it's access. It is denied in Google Chrome.
I only use Windows Defender for security. I have scanned the computer with Windows Defender and CCleaner. Everything has been set to default settings.

I do not want to use the "internet options/Advance/Accelerated Graphics/Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering" option. The video will appear if I choose that option but it will stop/freeze go, stop/freeze go.
