Microsoft.NET Framework issues.

Hello guys , so my microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 appears do be having some kind of problem when I try to open monodevelop. It says that I don't have the Microsoft .Net Framework , and that I need to install It , even thoug I've already installed it . Can anyone help me with this issue please?

I would suggest you to remove and reinstall the .NET Framework and check if it helps.

Note
Refer the section under Method 2: Repair the .NET Framework from the above mentioned article which says “use the .NET Framework Cleanup Tool to uninstall multiple versions of the .NET Framework, and then reinstall the components".
