cannot connect to ultra vnc server

I have problems using ultra vnc in windows 7 :

My vnc viewer run in xp pro while my vnc server run in windows 7. I can connect to my vnc server after installing the neccesary software and port forwarding in the server's router.Port open for vnc in firewall. It was tested well without problem.But the next day i failed to connect to the server.what other setting do i have to look out for in windows 7? i have no problems in xp pro at all.Thanks and hope anyone can help me to solve this problem.

Hello boonleng,

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Answers Forum.

Since Ultra VNC is not a Microsoft product, we don't know the settings to change to allow this program to connect to the VNC server.

Check out the Online Help for UltraVNC:

There is also a VNC support forum where your question would be best suited. They would know the settings you need to work with Windows 7.
