Got a hackers alert saying i need to block C:\programsfiles\relevantknowledge\rlvknlg.exe but if i do i can not get back on the internet. it says block relevantknoweledge

i got a hackers alert saying i need to block C:\programsfiles\relevantknowledge\rlvknlg.exe but if i do i can not get back on the internet. it says block relevantknoweledge. if i allow it too only receive it will let me on the internet but next time i try mcafee ask me do i want to block or let only outgoing  or allow all. does this program need to be removed and if it does how do i get back on the internet.

Well, this thread is old and it has no reply from the OP, but if one cares about security and privacy, do not install it and pay attention to see if it comes bundled in other utility besides checking their site reputation at WOT. PS – What is Backdoor ?
