microsoft bluetooth device cannot start code 10

i have a problem with my bluetooth device i install it and is showing in the control panel but with exclamanation mark and disply code 10 stating device cannot start. i try to update windows saying best driver is installed device is up to date.

what can i do please help............

Hi,

 

The Error Code 10 is generated when Device Manager has insufficient information. Additionally, this error may occur when one of the drivers that the device needs does not start. If many drivers are being used by a particular device, it can be difficult to determine the one that failed.
