Microsoft store won't load Error code 0x000001F7

I have tried Windows Key + R Wsreset.exe.  I tried removing files from C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Datastore and Download nothings working and the store won't open unless in a web browser. Any help would be hot.

Let's start with basic troubleshooting first with Windows Store

1. Run Windows App Troubleshooter
Windows Key+X > Click Settings > Click Update & security > Click Troubleshoot > Scroll down to the bottom > Click Windows Store Apps > Click Run the Troubleshooter

2. Re-register All Store apps
Right click on Windows Start > Right click on Windows Powershell (Admin) > Copy the following from below and right click in Powrshell to paste ? Enter > Restart your computer
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

3. Uninstall & Reinstall Store
Right click on Windows Start > Right click on Windows Powershell (Admin) > Copy the following from below and right click in Powershell to paste > Enter

Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Remove-AppxPackage

Copy the following from below and right click in Powershell to paste > Enter > Reboot your computer

Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

4. Run Built-in & Guided Walk through Windows Update troubleshooter
Built-in : Type troubleshoot in Windows Start Search box > Click Troubleshoot > Click Windows update > Troubleshoot
Guided Walk though - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10164/...

Let me know if you have any more question or require further help. If above didn't work, I will supply more troubleshooting steps to solve this problem.

Could you confirm if this also happens in the default Administrator account?

Open Start
Type: cmd
Right click CMD
Click Run as administrator

At the command prompt, type:
net user administrator/active:yes

Hit Enter

Close command prompt, restart, then try signing into the Administrator account.

If it does, then the next option is to perform a repair upgrade:

I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

What I would do at this point is wait a few days for Spring Creators Update to be released, install Media Creation Tool and choose Upgrade This PC Now. This is the most stable way to change to the newer version and because it reinstalls WIndows while keeping your files and programs in place, it fixes most problems. If not you'll know it's due to a program conflict and we can go from there.

This first step fixed it. I had to reactivate UAC for some reason it was turned off.
