Windows 10 Activation error 0x8007007B

Press Windows key + X

Click Command Prompt (admin)

Enter the following command:

Hit Enter

Copy the product key then enter it

Click Start > Settings > Update & security > Activation > Change the product key

I already tried it and I get the following result

I think it's the 8.1 product key 

So I put this script in notepad

to get my windows 10 product key 

and after I get it I go to Start > Settings > Update & security > Activation > Change the product key

but I get the following error

and I also tried to reset the pc but keeping personal files but still the same error
