To answer your questions and provide feedback so far:
- Yes I replaced the 4GB with 2 8 GB's making total 16GB installed.
- I have run a SFC and DISM on the SFC which I ran 4 times just to make sure I was left with the message: "
C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc /scannow
Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios."
2.2: So went ahead and did the DISM, running through all the options and prompts left with:
"
C:\WINDOWS\system32>DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth && DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
