MS remote assistance and escalation call were so unable to even understand the problem that I was consistently told that I know more than they do..... SERIOUSLY NOT JOKING.
Now I do know my stuff, I am certified and all (A+, N+, SEC +, MCSE) but one would have to think that those working for MS would have a better understanding of the problem than an outsider.
Quite frankly, they didn't even understand the problem as I showed it to them remotely.
I hate to be that guy but...outsourcing. Lowest paid support gets lowest grade support.
I have a fix for the temporary internet files not getting deleted, it's a bit of a dirty work around but it does work, does not harm your Win 10 install but you can't use IE11 or Edge. Has to be Chrome or Firefox.
I am working on a fix for the temporary files but that could take a while
