Also, it may help to look at the minidump files from the crashes with a debugger.
Can you zip up the minidump files in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and make available (provide link) via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site?
Here's a couple of links on using OneDrive (SkyDrive):
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/skydrive/add-photos-files-faq
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/onedrive/share-file-folder
If you have problems zipping the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the Desktop
Also, you do not necessarily have to zip up the minidump files, you can upload them one at a time

Hello
It is not when I am downloading the program from the web - it is actually when I am putting the program into the actual controller.
Please see the below link to the minidump files.

The usb2ser64.sys may be causing the issue:

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for usb2ser64.sys

The usb2ser64.sys, which is dated Sep 24, 2010, may be a driver for a USB to serial adapter that may be presently attached to a USB 3.0 port.
Do you have such an adapter?

What devices do you have attached to a USB port when you get the blue screen error?
Also, if you open the Device Manager and expand Ports (COM & LPT), what is listed?
Also, what was the name of the program folder that contained the driver?

When I get the error the only device I have attached to the USB port is the actual Crouzet controller.
When I open the device manager and expand the ports the following is listed:
Crouzet USB to COM Driver 64 Service (COM8)
Crouzet USB to COM Driver 64 Service (COM9)
The folder I found the driver in on the machine is
C:\Windows\System32\drivers

Can you double-click each of the "Crouzet USB to COM Driver 64 Service in the Device Manager" > Driver > Driver Details
What is listed under "Driver files"?
Also, can you provide the following file which should contain more information on the crash:
C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
The memory.dmp file will be quite large so you could zip and compress the file with a third party application such as 7-Zip or WinRAR.

The following files are listed under the driver files:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\edevmon,sys
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\usb2ser64,sys
These are listed under both of the drivers.
The below link is for the MEMEORY.DMP file
