outlook.com confirm secondary email address

I'm baffled,

All I did was try to sign in with Removed for privacy

Correct password.

Got prompted to verify secondary email address which was deleted by me a month or so ago Removed for privacy

Hit edit or change and got spun into a 30 day suspension,

This is insane and uncalled for,

One why the popup to confirm this alternative email address,

Ans second why the spin zone to suspend the entire account for 30 days for attempting to correct the secondary email address to a Hotmail account ?

For my safety ? give me a break this is completely freaking crazy,

The best part is this suspended account has always been on my phone and is still accessible from it,

So for my security the link is still open but not from my computer I actually made the account on ?
