When you upload a logo to the bookings system it puts a blurry white space around the log even though the original image is a high quality black background:

How do I fix this, could you fix it?

According to your description, I did the same test on my side and the result shows that the logo displayed normally. Regarding to your problem, I suggest you change another browser like Microsoft Edge or Chrome and then upload the logo again to see whether it works.
If the issue still persists, please contact another administrator to help you change the logo and check it other administrators can upload the logo normally.

I've done this with Chrome 83.0.4103.61 and I created the image asset again as a PNG-8 and JPG and both ave the same issue.
I would rather Microsoft just fixed the issue rather than having to get it done for me.

It's not just you, it's also happening for several of my tenants with a variety of different browsers and images.
Interestingly my issue is the confirmation email logo, it's very blurry and poorly scaled. Would be better if MS provided a means of providing a logo for the booking page, and another for the email confirmation.
