Xbox slim 4gig full game on a KingSton 8gig pendrive and other questions

I'm from Brazil and I have some questions:

Because I have a Xbox 360 slim with 4gig, I can´t download the full game of Halo Reach via Xbox live.

1 Can I download Halo Reacb full game on my 8gig Kingston pendrive? I can only aford to buy a 250 gig storage unit in setember, because I'm still paying the console. That would be temporaly, til I can aford for a new 250 gig unit. 

2 If I download the full game to my pendrive, and something bad happens to my pendrive, can I download the game again? Or I will have to pay again for the download?

I don't want to buy DVDs anymore, I want only to download games via Xbox live. And I bought HALO Reach(DVD) today, the game didn't work on my console, I asked for refund from the store because they didn't have other Halo Reach to replace. No more DVDs for me, only digital games.

3 I have Xbox live Gold, can I play Halo Reach from the pendrive safely?

4 And does this game have multiplayer and co-op if you download the game  via Xbox live brazil? Because if you go to the Halo Reach page on Xbox live brazil it says:

Multijogador: Nenhum

Co-op: Nenhum

By the way, is there a xbox support forum for the brasilian community? My english is not very good

as long as your pen drive is formatted to work with your xbox i dont think it should be a problem...however, reach uses about 7.7 gigs of memory. you might want to think about getting a 250 gig hard drive or a 32 gb usb stick (there are larger sizes but they're prohibitively expensive and its doubtful you will want to go that way. i'm using an 2 gb stick right now to carry my profile around so i can play at other people's places while i wait for my xbox to be returned from getting fixed...
