I have forgotten where the people are who can repair stuff as I haven't played new vegas in a while. I just did the honest hearts dlc and my t45 power armor is now broken. Please let me know where I can go to get it repaired. Thanks for any input. Please state the place and about where on the map the location is.

The guy at the Mohave outpost in the far southwestern corner of the map. Inside the headquarters is the only one I know that will do it to 100%.
the night time bartender at the 188 trading post can repair too but I seem to remember his repair skill is pretty low.

Mohave Outpost is in the southwest corner of the map on a hill and there's a big statue of a ranger and trooper shaking hands so you can see it from a far. 188 trading post is north from Novac past the Helios One. It's where the two highways, 93 and 95, cross.

If you pick up the Jury Rig perk you can repair it yourself using any heavy armor.
