TRYING TO GET ONLINE AT BFBC2 FOR 5 HOURS

I purchased my first EA game, tried to connect it with my EA account but it failed, it says I'm not old enough, the required age is 13 and I am 15. I tried all the time at EA but they sent me over here.

Does anyone know how to play BFBC2 or a way to find out my XBL age?? I just want to play online for 5 hours but it's impossible and *** EA wont help me.

As far as I know, the only way to find out what age you set it up as, is to call Xbox Support. Although if you're set up with a child account, I don't think you are actually able to change that until you turn 18 (or whatever DOB you entered turns 18)
