taptiles daily challenges

Hi, I have been playing tap tiles since march 1 and intermittently in February. Today I logged on to do the daily challenge and the unbelievable happened.  My achievements were brought back to 0, but when I went to try to play the games again it says that I already obtained that daily achievement. I had received a bronze metal for the first several days of March, I would like to have that back, please. Thank you!

Please try to re-download your Profile and see if that solves your issue:

1. Sign-out of Xbox Live.

2. Press the Xbox Guide Button and press Re-download Profile.

3. Enter your E-mail Adress associated with your Xbox Live Profile.

4. Enter your Password associated with your E-mail Adress,

5. Select Storage Device (Hard Drive (HDD)) recommended.

6. When done, restart console and then sign back in. Do you still encounter the same issue?

I'm not really a Windows 8 expert, but have you recieved a message or is there an associated error code present?

I either don't know if this problem is known by other Windows 8 users.

I'll try to contact a Xbox Technician and perhaps they know why the problem appears to you.

Sorry to hear this is happening but here on Xbox.com, you appear to have a few achievements unlocked, so that is a good sign. But on the Windows 8 device, your best bet would be to try restarting the device and possibly signing out of your profile and then signing back in. If that does not help, then let's try deleting the app and reinstalling it. If that still does not help, then you might have to play through the game and regain any lost progress. But as long as your achievements show up on Xbox.com, then you will not have to re-earn those achievements. Let us know if this helps. Thanks!
