Question About a Nameplate...

I know getting the Bungie Mobile app gives you "Blue Flames" and the Bungie nameplate, but does it also give you the Star nameplate? When I see threads about the Bungie Mobile app, I see that it includes the Blue Flames and the Bungie Nameplate.  I was just wondering if the Star nameplate I have is from the app,

yes the app does give all of those 3 thing the star nameplate, bungie one and blue flames

Yes it does give you the star Nameplate and allows you to gift it to seven other people aswell.
