My brother used glitches in minecraft, will I get banned?

While I don't think they are banning for that particular glitch, a good rule of thumb is if you think it is wrong, stay on the safe side and don't do it.  I would be wary about using glitches in any game that has a multiplayer component, and even more so of letting someone else use your account, even if it is your brother.  If you let someone play using your gamertag, you are held responsible for anything they do.      

If he is going to exploit glitches, it would be wise to have him not use your GamerTag. I'd try and advise him personally not to do it but I can't tell you what to do. Just know that glitch exploiting CAN get you banned.

In terms of gaming on your own single-player or multi-player server, exploits of such are not monitored by Mojang. I'm not saying that exploiting is good or bad. However, there is no suggested ranking system or method of cheating as there is main objective to the Xbox edition of Minecraft. Play on your own server by your own rules; at the same time, following the Code of Conduct and Terms of Service you agreed to.

You could always give him his own gamertag.  You should also move your gamertag to a Xbox configured USB pen, and then when your not using the Xbox, you could take your USB pen with you.  That way he can't cause any more problems for you.

If you want the truth,  according to the Xbox Live  TOS You are responsible for your console and GamerTag.  If your brother commits  a Bannible offense using your GamerTag or 360 and is banned, there is nothing you can do to reinstate your account.  Sorry but it's all in the TOS, your best option would be to secure your account with a passcode.

I Dont think u get banned because everday on a low basic people like other people they hack it and my friend who JTAG IS Xbox say u wont get caught because u know they say u can build anything
