Mortal Kmobat 9 Season Pass,Can't Find Skarlet?

After getting the pass, go into the game and it should prompt you about the new DLC. If not, go to Extras and select the DLC section. From there, you should be able to get Skarlet fine. It worked fine for me.

I too bought the season pass and skarlet won't download but it says to download skarlet is 1200 Mspts?! I already bought the pass! The DLC should be unlocked - I never had this problem when buying the rockstar pass for L.A. Noire, all the DLC downloaded without a hitch

yeah there actually is a problem with downloading the season pass...my buddy downloaded the season pass through the game and was able to download skarlet fine.. me however decided to download it in the marketplace and i too came to find that it was still trying to charge me for 1200msp for skarlet... you have to go to the game marketplace, go to all add-ons and go to mortal kombat, then download the compatibility pack for free that unlocks skarlet, classic sektor and cyrax. after that it should work just fine.

Yeah. I bought it too. And its not there! I tried everything, and make the sad mistake of paying 1200msp for her AGAIN!!! And the only thing I hear from Xbox Support when I complain about it was: "Sorry you feel that way mate"

Just to remind everyone that Skarlet cost 400msp, but charge me 1200msp! AND, they say to you in the MK Season Pass description that you have to download the item (skarlet) AGAIN through in game store. I did that. Lost 1200msp.

^This. Took me a good 20 mintues to figure this out, but finally worked after downloading.
