Missing Characters....

I am sure that everyone can well see that their is a pretty huge difference from 2 and 3. Even though that 3 has it's pro and cons I am still upset at that fact that one of my character favorite characters has not appear insight. Gambit.....

 

Is their anyone else that feels my pain...

I think everyone would have liked to have more characters but one thing you need to keep in mind is that MvC2 used sprites from several fighting games over the years so the gambit you saw in MvC2 was the same gambit from X-men vs. Street Fighter with minor tweaks. In MvC3 all the characters had to be made from scratch (with the exception from a few bases they took from tatsunoko)

Yes and because of those characters being made from scratch they take up more room and take longer to do than for the previous game. The devs do have deadlines to make.
