Missing Avatar Award

Did anyone else have trouble unlocking Marcus' Doo-Rag for completing the campaign. It says I've unlocked it in-game, but it's not unlocked when I check my Awards. Is there any way to get this fixed?

Unreal Warfare

I'm assuming you mean in game awards page? I unlocked it via campaign, then when I restarted the game the next day it didn't show as unlocked in game, but it was in my avatar rewards when I actually go to change it on my avatar. I fixed this by playing an Arcade Campaign chapter. Now it shows.

Well, mine is unlocked on the in-game awards page (shows 3/3), but I can't use it on my avatar; it has it locked and it says I only have 3 of 4 awards.

I've unlocked all 3 awards but when I go to the avatar editor they're not there. I even got the 'Avatar award unlocked' message but the awards are nowhere to be seen.

Thank god its not just me and my gf , we've both unlocked them all on the same box and they aren't showing for either of us.... and i've had the progress going backwards too like supreme wazek, hope they patch this problem soon..

hey just found out you can do it online at the xbox site, or if you got the windows phone you can do it on the xbox live extra app

This is not the issue. Yes, you have to download the avatar item after you unlock it...we know! The issue is that the avatar award is not unlocking in the first place despite satisfying the requirements to unlock it. Xbox and/or Epic need to fix this.
