Load out question- Advanced training and other things

So my Shepard is a soldier and I initially put nothing into adrenalin rush, now it is lvl 3 and so is cryo rounds. I can update one to level 4.  I am just now starting to use the rush and like it a little but can definatley see how it is usefull in getting a chance to work down heavy bosses with protection, having said that, I am imagining a squad equipped with cryo rounds and I am liking the thought of that in combat. Any thoughts on which is better?

I also am having a dilema choosing my advance training (which is maxed out) I am thinking about choosing an ammo upgrade like armor peircing (which sounds nice), but just curious which ability others suggest. Let me know.

I'd suggest upgrading Adreneline Rush before Cryo Ammo.

Although the description doesn't mention it, you get a significant damage boost when you shoot while in AR so that really should be the first thing you upgrade.

If you like to run 'n' gun, choose Hardened for the reduction in damage taken to health, but if you fire from cover choose Heightened because it has a great damage boost.

Heightened AR is definitely the way to go early on: squad cryo ammo is very cool but its useless until your enemies defenses are down. upping sheps damage takes sheilds and armor down much faster

i use warp ammo to boost new sentinels damage early on and switch to dominate for the collector battles after sheps boosting sheps stats. i also swap in heavy slam for the LotSB mission [try it outside]

Hardened is better tbh. Damage Reduction = massive.

(No spoilers)

Also, when you get the chance to pick another weapon, pick the M98 Widow.

Only Solider or Infiltrator Class Shepards and Legion (via his upgrade) can wield the M-98 Widow Sniper Rifle.

But I concur with the advice about Hardened Rush. It's invaluable.

I don't think we need to mention that only the Soldier and Infiltrator get the Widow, it's obvious that the OP is playing as a soldier.

While the OP  be a Solider class (and yes it is obvious the OP is a soldier class, as they stated that in their first post)... there may be others who are playing as other classes, and may be reading this thread for advice/tips. Hence my post.
