Help needs Help

I'm in the process of getting my xbox fixed because it will not read my game discs, it reads and then says open. I've already troubleshooted it. The site will not let me register my new Xbox 360 S, or edit my profile info (i.e. email, mailing address, etc.). I'm really hoping someone can help me with this.
