El Shaddai: Demo Impressions

Has anyone played this yet? I've been following this game since it was announced and I have to say it's quite fun. I'm a sucker for anything psychedelic too. That being said, the environments and levels in this game are amazing. It's pretty awesome. Anyone have different opinions?

Looks bad to me ...was expecting more for it. Looks a lot like a XBLA. Azura will be better IMO.

Azura's Wrath? I saw a gameplay trailer from E3 and I wasn't really impressed with it, to be honest. The combat didn't look too polished yet, maybe with time. Anyways, thanks for the opinion. I have to agree it does look like an XBLA game lol

Xbox Ambassador

Never heard of it until I played it. Interesting, very interesting Art direction. Cool animations and really cool combat system. At times feels like it needs more controls but once I got used to the game mechanics, I really enjoyed it. Good lengthy Demo too. Check it out.

El Shaddai was a waste of hard drive space. I tried the demo and was seriously unimpressed

LOL i though i was playing Child of eden when the game started. I am too old for this kind of games the graphics gave me headaches.

Sword- it's a platforming/brawler. I have to say the visuals blew my mind, but the controls were a little loose. Not to the unplayable point, but could have been better.
