cant add points via this website with my paypal

is what I get, its been, 24 hours and this is still what I get. I've been looking around for answers but have recieved none. its really starting to get to me. I am trying to get 500 points, with my friends paypal account added to my account as she is doing my a favor and giving me a few points to get Full House Poker so I can play with her.

 

anyone know whats wrong?

Have you tried purchasing points on the console? Do you get any kind of error code or message there?

just did now. went to full house poker, buy, add points, 500 points and it said "this item cant be purchased with a credit card. you can buy it with microsoft points or try again later"

confusing considering im trying to buy points.

Have you tried to fully remove and re-add your paypal account? Have you tried purchasing with a different payment method?
