worried this will be assumed as cheating

The Lords of Shadow "Reverie" DLC came out last week. Unknowingly, the achievements were not yet up on Xbox.com so when I completed it, the achievements unlock but did not add to gamerscore or even show on xbox.com.

Today, it turns out they were finally uploaded today to xbox.com. So, I recovered my gamertag to lose the achievements so they would properly add up and show the game as completed. After completing one level of the DLC, all the achievements unlocked simultaneously(I assume since my save was still there and the requirements were previously filled) but in the incorrect order. Now I am worried, is microsoft going to see these 5 achievements in the wrong order and reset me for cheating? so call me paranoid

If you gained the achievements legitimately, either online or offline, you are NOT cheating, so you WILL NOT be punished for cheating.  You have nothing at all to worry about.  It's only people who deliberately modify their gamerscore who get reset.

So, I recovered my gamertag to lose the achievements

Recovering gamertags does not remove achievements from your profile.  The achievements will only be removed if you acquired them on a different Xbox 360 console, while offline.  Otherwise the achievement you have acquired will update with your profile.
