Unable To Sign Into My Profile on Xbox One

So we've had the Xbox One for 2 days and everything was working fine.  I played all day Saturday on the One, and some yesterday.  Then I signed into my profile on our old 360, played that for a while, and when I went to sign back into the One it won't recognize my password.  tried entering it over and over...tried to reset the password twice.  Password would be able to be reset online but the One is still not recognizing it.  i can still log into my account on Xbox.com, and my profile on the 360.  Spent a half hour on the phone with support and he had to refer it to some "Team"...and said it would be 2 days until I hear something.  Cannot understand how I am able to log on online, on the 360, and my Dad can use his profile on the One...but I can't !!!

Any help would be great!!

I can't even sign into my M$ email account as well as it's not logging me in also.  I think M$ is having an issue that might be affecting certain people..

I can't even sign into my xbox account.. :(

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your account.

It definitely looks like your case is being handed up to an Advocacy Team. They will be best equipped to look into things with you and get this sorted out. I would recommend staying in touch with them for further updates.


@Fragg - I would recommend getting in touch with our Phone Support team for further assistance with this issue.

Mr. F, I was able to sign into my Hotmail account today as well as signing into Live.   I did contact support via phone.  During the troubleshooting, he wanted me to replace the console.   I KNEW it wasn't the console and explained to him it wasn't that.  

What people don't understand is there are many facets that can cause a connectivity issue.   I believe it was a routing issue on the MSN network.  I couldn't log into account.live.com via laptop.   I turned off my wifi on my phone and tried it there.   I was able to sign in through my cell connection, which leads me to believe it was a routing issue.
